Sometimes you don't need to look far for subjects. This is my son's wagon with sprouts in egg cartons we are getting ready to plant soon.

This on I did about 2 weeks ago on the first really nice day of spring. While I was paining a hiker told me that in a few days the river bank would be covered with thousands of garder snakes waking up from the long winter. I didn't go back to check.
